One of the great features of the Appointment Module is the flexibility and customization to ensure Social Distancing can happen. Examples of this include:
- Preventing roommates or suitemates from having the same appointment time
- Limit how many appointments can occur at one time, per floor
- Limit selection to 1 appointment per day/24 hours

Dashboards and Reporting
Providing information to your staff and campus partners is a key element to a successful check-in. Dashboards can be a great way to share relevant information with groups, who may need real-time data and numbers. Some great examples we have seen include the following information:
- Amount of Arrivals, Per Day
- Active numbers of In-Room Bookings, By Location
- Failed Check-Ins
- Number of appointments for Shower use
- Resource Tracking
- Past Due Resources
- Rooms Closed for Cleaning
If you have not had the chance to dive in and build a dashboard, we encourage you to start small. Creating buy-in can take time for using dashboards, and we know a lot of our customers have seen this pay out in dividends.
