Q. HOW DO I LOG MY REQUEST ONLINE?

A. To Log a request please follow these steps:

1) Click the 'Customer Login' link above.
2) Enter your login details (if you don't already have these please ask).
3) Select your name from the list (or Register it if it's not there).
4) Fill in all of the details requested.

Q. HOW DO I VIEW THE STATUS?

A. To view the status of a request please follow these steps:

1) Click the 'Customer Login' link above.
2) Enter your login details.
3) Select your name from the list.
4) Select the desired Service Request from the list.
5) The details will be displayed, including current Status, Work done, Comments etc.
