Q. HOW DO I LOG MY REQUEST ONLINE?
A. To Log a request please follow these steps:
1) Click the 'Customer Login' link above.
2) Enter your login details (if you don't already have these
please ask).
3) Select your name from the list (or Register it if it's
not there).
4) Fill in all of the details requested.
Q. HOW DO I VIEW THE STATUS?
A. To view the status of a request please follow these steps:
1) Click the 'Customer Login' link above.
2) Enter your login details.
3) Select your name from the list.
4) Select the desired Service Request from the list.
5) The details will be displayed, including current Status,
Work done, Comments etc.
Q. HOW DO I LOG IN?
A. 1) Existing Users - To Log In to the site you will need
your Username and Password, if you are already registered,
then your Username will be your "Customer Number Hyphen and
your Contact name as registered on our database" . Your password
will be same as your previous customer password. e.g. Your
name is John Doe and your Customer Number is AL025, so your
new Username will be AL025-John Doe and your password will
be the same as before. After successful Login you can change
you Username and password to your liking by clicking on the
link with your Username in the Top right hand corner.
2) New Users - If you are not already registered on our database,
then you will have to register you details by clicking on:
