TO STREAMLINE STUDENT HOUSING PAYMENTS ON CAMPUS
Lincoln, Nebraska, May 14, 2009 – Nelnet Business
Solutions (NBS) and StarRez have partnered to enhance housing
payment options for students at those select colleges around
the country that both companies serve with software and technology
solutions. The partnership enables the StarRez housing and
conference system to seamlessly integrate with NBS’
Commerce Manager payment processing tool resulting in improved
data accuracy and administrative efficiencies for joint higher-education
clients.
Using the integrated systems, students will be able to view
housing charges on a single, consolidated, online bill (along
with charges incurred at other departments across campus),
and pay balances electronically in a PCI Level 1 compliant
environment. Email notifications of new balances can be sent,
and parents or other authorized parties can be added to the
student account, increasing convenience for payers and streamlining
business practices for the school. All electronic forms of
payment are accepted.
